Managing forms on iOS

FormTab power users can have a lot of forms - a LOT! Fortunately FormTab on iOS has a number of features designed to help users quickly find the form they need.

1. Using Quick Search

Users can quickly filter any list by using the search bar.

1. Drag the list down to display the search field
2. Type part or all of a form name into the field to filter the list
   
   

2. Using Favourites

If a user has forms they use regularly, FormTab allows users to add 'Favourites'.

1. Tap the button to toggle the Favourite status for each form
2. Use the 'Sort By' toggle to choose whether the list is sorted by Favourite status or by Name, alphabetically
