As an administrator you can set up, edit and manage mobile forms, manage users and access permissions, and assign forms to your teams, wherever they’re working.
FormTab mobile forms are a smart form solution for teams. Set up teams across all departments within your organisation and allocate specific forms to each. For example, you can create admin, sales, HR or health and safety teams, and then assign relevant forms to those teams.
Your employees or contractors can easily access team forms on a mobile device using FormTab app or desktop by logging into our secure online hub FormTab Central. This simplified data collection process ensures rapid and accurate data, cuts out double handling of information and speeds up workflow across all sectors of your organisation.
Once submitted, form data submissions are grouped within FormTab Central – allowing users with administrator and reporter level access to view, download, export and run aggregated data reports.
